I’m not responsible for what happened to me,
but I am responsible for how I care for myself.
Taking responsibility doesn’t mean
blaming or hurting myself.
Anna Üveges, psychologist,
in an interview from 10 October 2025 with Longevity Magazin
My first international performance on the Iowa-based Foundation for Alternative and Integrative Medicine (FAIM) Podcast
– commissioned by psychiatrist Dr Laszlo BUDA MD, PhD
A 10-year dream came true – in just over 46 minutes.
It was a true honor to be a guest and speak about SomatoDrama and Ultrabrief Therapy, as well as ongoing research, the Hungarian book, and the upcoming English version inspired by SomatoDrama.
I’m deeply grateful to Amanda Whittal, health psychologist and FAIM’s European Research Coordinator, and to Eszter Adrienne Bakos, ecopsychological consultant and European Coordinator of FAIM, for their inspiring questions and for holding a space that was both professional and deeply personal.
Thank you, Laszlo, for entrusting me with this opportunity as the developer of these methods. It was an honor to represent your life’s work in this way, and to integrate it with the personal and professional journey that has been so deeply shaped by your inspiration.
