On this page, I have collected feedback from my clients about individual consultations, in which they wrote to me about their experiences and impressions gained during their self-knowledge processes.

Going to Anna for self-knowledge is like letting my soul into the greatest safety for an hour. The attention and non-judgement, and on top of that, the genuine help that Anna provides, really makes an impact on my life. All this while learning so many things about myself, acquiring techniques that I can hold on to in the future. I am very grateful for all the spoken and unspoken words that have helped me on my journey so far!

Before I met Anna, I was skeptical about psychologists. Nevertheless, the first conversation was a huge relief. In one year, I went from being an introvert, hungry for external approval, anxious and suffering from a huge lack of self-confidence to a person who stands up for himself and faces problems with self-awareness. The road is not over, but thanks to Anna, I now know where to go and how to continue. Thanks for the help.

Az elején bizalmatlan voltam, hiszen rengeteg negatív tapasztalatom van a pszichológusokkal kapcsolatban. Annát egy nagyon jó barátom ajánlotta, így felkerestem. Nehezen bízok másokban, de Anna pozitív személyisége ebben is változást ért el. A nála eltöltött alkalmak folyamatosan építették és fejlesztették az életem területeit. A mai napig használom a gyakorlatait, amiket az alkalmakon tanított. Nagyon együttérző és odafigyelő, de ami a leginkább jellemző rá, hogy emberi.
